BF1942 Map: Operation Overlord v0.1 Released

For now, only adds one new map: Operation Neptune  

- Large assault map consisting of the landing zone and beaches, bunkers, farm and a town 

- Complete co-op / AI bots support 

- New special kit: Gunner. Has a handheld MG42 and can be found from 3 places in the map.
